The rumors of Daniel Craig walking out on the role as Jame Bond is well documented. Craig would speak out against playing the iconic spy in various interviews citing that the latest Bond film, Spectre would be his last. Craig would go on to say, “I’d rather kill myself than do another Bond movie.” Last year, the rumblings of a new Bond being chosen began to grow as Tom Hiddleston, Idris Elba, Tom Hardy, and others were being considered for the spot but it didn’t follow through. However, a few months ago, Craig’s most recent comments did suggest that he is now more open to returning to the role. The latest reports suggest that along with Craig, Skyfall singer Adele, will return for the 25th movie and that director Paul McGuigan (Sherlock) is being considered to direct the film.
Earlier today, producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, EON Productions and Gary Barber, Chairman & CEO, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. announced 007 will return to U.S. theaters for the 25th installment of the James Bond franchise on November 8, 2019 with “a traditional earlier release in the U.K. and the rest of the world.“

Additional details regarding distribution, including international release dates, the film’s cast and director, will be announced at a later date.
