Bethesda is definitely the grittiest gaming studio when it comes to their franchises, but they offer some amazing visuals along with a development of amazing gameplay. Last night, Bethesda dropped the reveal a brand new game during, their keynote, Doom: Eternal. The new Doom game serves as a direct sequel to the publisher’s 2016 reboot!
The trailer truly has the most morbid moods to tease a game. You get an eye full of a city literally ravished by hell spawns that are lurking around waiting for something else to destroy. After a few seconds of surveying the city in ruins a demon’s skull is crushed by a boot. The demons are about to leap at the person before pulling out a gun ready to open fire.

Although all of this sounds appealing no gameplay trailer was revealed during the event. The publisher did tease that Eternal will make the player feel more powerful than ever before. They also promise that you will battle twice as many demons, and we will get to see “hell on Earth.”
Here’s Bethesda:
As the Doom Slayer, you’ll return to take your vengeance against the forces of Hell. Set to an all-new pulse-pounding soundtrack composed by Mick Gordon, you’ll fight across dimensions as you slay new and classic demons with powerful new weapons and abilities.
Doom Eternal doesn’t have an official release date, but the gameplay trailer will premiere during the QuakeCon event in August.
