Dating is defined as the initial step in the acceptance process leading to a type of relationship, which desires intimate union. Dating can also be thought of as an exploration of our partners as well as of ourselves. It shows us how well we deal with commitment in our lives. When a couple is first introduced, there is often a feeling of a deep unknown. Will the date go well? How would I know if he/she is suitable? Are we the same type of person? A typical relationship can be broken down into five different stages depending on the compatibility of the partners. Compatibility is how well a couple relates to each other. Being able to live and cope together in agreement shows a well-matched unit.

It’s amazing to see them adapt to the NYC lifestyle, but they’ve been here on many occasions to experience that atmosphere. One thing they’ve never thought they experienced was ‘Blizzard Jonas‘ that gave New York, New York along with Long Island an estimate of 15-26 inches of snow. Andrew Fung would post a video on Instagram to make the harsh snow funnier than it was;

Kind of went off topic for a moment, although it does give you the sense of who The Fung Bros are in terms of their personality.

Since recently moving to New York City, The Fung Bros have been enjoying the “City That Never Sleep” attitude. Even with adjustment from the west coast, east coast lifestyle they’ve managed to seize the big city for the amount of diversity it offers. However, with all that diversity in the city, you can still sense the separation among many cultures that are infused. What about taking advantage of that infusion and asking a particular culture or race of people on the dating patterns in said culture. The Fung Bros. take that to explore the NYC’s dating scene among the Asian community.

The brothers team up with EastMeetEast.com (EME); a dating website that connects Asians from NYC, LA, SF, and more. The members have one important thing in common – they’re looking for someone with a similar cultural background. It’s definitely something to look into for the Asian dating scene. In the video Andrew & David take to NYC’s streets to find out what many Asians have to say about dating. Especially with the “mysteries” that surround some of the topics brought up among all Asians.  Check it out below:
