The Sin City is a hot spot for entertainment and undiscovered talent. When you reach out and see what could be there it’s like striking gold. You have DJs, musicians, & young artists trying to make a name for themselves. Nothing can be better than that. When you do see that you can’t help, but channel support for them. It can be comparative to the when you invest in your own ideas to see it grow. Over time when that idea is worked on, year in and year out, you will see the ultimate results of success.

His fan base is only growing with his music spanning for the fans who’s been with him from the beginning and those who are just getting into him. JackEL has taken 2015 for his career of being a DJ/producer/artist to a new level of discovery. His talent hasn’t gone unrecognized which is why in 2016 he intends to make it a year where his career will take off to new heights. We finally got a chance to sit with the talented young entertainer to see what’s on his mind as the year begins to kick off with a bang.

It’s been quite some time since our last interview, give us in one word how you been handling the DJ scene since?

JackEL
“Yes, it’s been awhile since we’ve been able to catch up with each other! For the last couple of months, I’ve really been locked in the studio, spending time in Jamaica collaborating with artists there, and coming back to America to Finish up my Breathe Easy EP and more projects in the works. I’m happy to be able to spare some time to share what’s been going through my head space.”

Nikki Phoenix. She’s a talented and beautiful woman, but does she bring the best out in you? Have you known each other for a very long time?

JackEL
“Yes, she is very pretty haha. I’ve known her for a year and a couple months now, not very long, but long enough to consider her part of my Family, not just a Duo partner. Since she is 10 years older than I, she provides a lot of valuable knowledge that guides me along my musical career. I’m very thankful to have such a great partner. There is a certain energy/ vibe that is in the air when we are sitting together. Doesn’t even have to be in the studio, if we’re together talking, we talk about crazy/ innovative strategies to conquer the music scene and whatever else we can get our hands on.”

It’s no secret that you want to become Vegas’ top DJ/Musician/Producer. Do you see the year 2016 being the year that happens?

JackEL
“Well, I’ve been In Vegas for about 3 years now, and there is no doubt in anyone’s mind that I am one of Las Vegas’s Top Music Producers. I’ve been in and out of almost all the top Studios in Vegas and have connected with the key contributors to the scene. When it comes to DJing I have to be careful because I am only 19. I’ve DJd in some amazing Clubs here, and I see 2016 as a year where the list of clubs I’ve performed at doubles if not triples. I’m thankful for all the connections I’ve made here, and I make sure to leave each relationship on a positive note to not burn any bridges.”

Prior to us ever discussing your first features, the intent for ‘UNCENSORED’ was for you to make your voice heard? Has it been heard in the sense that your music has captured more attention?

JackEL
“I think that my name continues to grow every day. More people around the world are finding out about my Music and Brand and that’s great! It’s always great to collaborate and use cross promotion to grow.”

ELLIS
You’ve expanded your horizon to bring your sounds to life by joining up with Sights & Sounds Inc., tell us how did that come about and was the time to join a full-service management company?

JackEL
“Funny, Unique story with that actually. My twitter messaged Nikki Phoenix with my music attached to it. She replied and I then saw and crept her page. I noticed her large number of followers and replied asking her if she needed any remixes done on her music. She told me she would have to contact her management about that. I replied saying I myself was looking for Mgmt and she told me maybe we can all grab sushi (I love-love-love sushi, so I was in). We met up and all really vibed and had similar future aspirations. What followed after was a couple of meetings with my family, and a couple studio sessions (creating ballroom zombies), that all went really well. Next thing you know I was a member of the label and it’s all been going great since.”
