‘Avengers 3’ Rumored To Be Spilt Into Two To Take On Thanos

According to Daily Marvel Lite on Friday, a source close to Marvel Studios figures that “Avengers: Age of Ultron” may be split into two comic book movies. Though this is just a rumor, it was mentioned that the battle between the Mad Titan Thanos will likely to be so huge and complex, it could actually warrant a continuation of sorts. As the “Infinity Gauntlet” series of comic books was indeed an epic tribulation of sorts, that it would make sense that the film Marvel Cinematic Universe likeness may be just as involved.

When Marvel came out with its release date schedule of the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, there had been untitled film release dates already scheduled. One release date of particular mention would be May 3, 2019 which is untitled. Some had thought that “Avengers 3” would be released four years after “Avengers: Age of Ultron, but Marvel president Kevin Feige gave clarification on the itinerary situation of scheduled movie events. It appears there’s yet another untitled film scheduled for 2018, as hinted by Feige, which is 3 years after the Joss Whedon “Avengers” sequel.

This may lead those to believe that could be the scheduled date of the third “Avengers” movie. Not to forget, Marvel Studios has their three movies per year goal going for them. That being said, it was then announced shortly thereafter of a May 4, 2018 Marvel untitled movie which is what some may think could be the “Avengers 3” film.

This all rises to the conclusion that Marvel Studios is considering the plan of having “Avengers 3” to be released on the aforementioned date and starting their battle with Thanos in that flick whilst finishing it off in the untitled film scheduled for release on the May 3, 2019 film. This would leave those to hope this will bring together both the Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy characters in an ultimate battle with the Mad Titan himself, played by Josh Brolin.

But first, keep an eye out for “Avengers: Age of Ultron” scheduled for release on May 1, 2015.
