‘Cypher Of An MC’ – Featuring: FLOW Presented by: Sparx Entertainment
Q: What has been your strong influence to continue your career?
The people around me, like, Haresha, the tribe, those people keep me going because we’re all after the same goals, it’s just beautiful relationship we all have just from making music
Q: What was the first song that you ever produced? How did it make you feel?
I never actually produced my own beat or song lol
Q: What made you first realize you wanted to pursue a career in music?
After I realized my heart wasn’t into football anymore, I noticed a change in me and how I started to drift towards writing and wanting to record more raps, so my freshman year of college i realized that I needed that change.
Q: If you had to describe your music in three or four words, what would you call it?
Innovative posi vibes
Q: What are you songs about? (What specific themes do they cover?)
I talk about different things, most of about my life and the things I enjoy doing, or maybe I’ll speak from a situation I’m familiar with like from a tv show I’m interested in, or maybe something I’ll go thru. It’s all about the vibe of the beat I get/choose.
Q: How did you and Tribe Chillin connect?
My producer flew out to Arizona and went to a party with Haresha, they happened to chill with chief and talking to him about music, they exchanged Twitter info and 187 hit him up to come thru the studio, me and chief made the song “Rise Up” ( which is on YouTube lol) we made a video for it with our main Photographer Scotty Bara and the rest is truly history.
Q: Will there be any collaborations with Tribe Chillin?
Ohh yeessss, we have so many tricks up our sleeves, I got a chance to go the “wave cave” is what they call it and we made some dopeness, we’re excited for you guys to hear fasho.
Q: As an artist, how would you define SUCCESS?
Being to a point where you can do whatever you want, and you can pull strings the way you want them and having your own foundation. Having a movement that you started brick by brick, and being able to say yes we started with nothing, now have everything, and I don’t even mean in a material sense. I mean as far as your craft.
