WWE: Sting Hints To Some Big News Coming Soon

Ever since Sting started talking to the WWE last year, rumors have been rampant about him making his first appearance in a WWE ring. The first return rumors ended up being just an announcement of Sting signing a WWE promotional deal. The second resulted in the WWE 2K15 announcement. The third ended up being an announcement of his WWE DVD release. Sting went to Twitter on Saturday and made comments that have WWE rumors lighting up again.

The tweet was there to promote an event coming up in November called “The Big Event.” This is a convention that will include Mick Foley, Sting, Ron Simmons, JBL, Kurt Angle, Mickey James, Alberto Del Rio, Lita and more. However, it wasn’t just the promotional poster that got the WWE rumors started again. It was the hint that Sting left with the poster where he said there was “bigger news on the horizon.”

There are also a lot of WWE rumors that Sting will make his first appearance in a WWE ring at the start of January. This could be an appearance around the Royal Rumble and start his lead-in for a retirement match at “Wrestlemania 31.” There is no telling who the match could be against, but Undertaker has not ruled out one last “Wrestlemania” appearance.

The biggest rumor about this came from a Reddit user named MersFan4Ever. While a random, anonymous Reddit user is not someone that usually is a major source, this user has been right on a number of scoops. He actually revealed that the WWE released JTG hours before the WWE announced the release. With Triple H taking a big interest in Reddit lately, there is a chance they are leaking their own news on the site to raise interest.
