Sparx Entertainment Presents: ‘Aspirations of Success

Guest: Randy Le; (The Chief Operating Officer of Sparx Entertainment & Accountant)

The dream of making a name for yourself comes from the sacrifice of taking all your focus and driving it into the dream you want to make a reality. Many have done this in the past which we see today as powerhouse that drive the world into the new era of tomorrow. Whether it be collectively or individually a strong will and focus can drive your dream to the highest peaks and beyond. You never take ‘No’ for an answer when it comes to what you want to see come true.

We sat down with one individual that has a motivation and drive to become the best. Inspired by his family and driven to make a system he believes to be taken advantage of. Randy Le sat down with the Sparx Correspondence team to be interviewed about what his goals are and his motivations.

Q: We all have an aspiration to better ourselves—do you have a career goal? What kind of career to do you want to pursue? How and why did you choose this career?

A: “Yes. These days a large amount of companies will do everything in their power to put out better income statements sometimes even if it misdirects the public in that case would be fraud. As an accountant I can help control those things. I always told myself that if you ever want to change a system you must learn the system. If you truly believe that politicians are doing an awful job then go be a politician and change the game. That’s how I feel towards accounting, I didn’t like how companies can trick investors or the public and steal their money, so I became an accountant to help control those motives.”

Q: Giving that motivation, what is a typical day of work for you?

A: “Now that I have a job. I usually work in the morning and school in the after or vice versa. I’m usually out from both by 6 which then I go home to spend dinner with my parents and hit the books to improve my knowledge in my field.”

Q: You mention spending time with the family, how do your parents respond to your motivation and career?

A: “They are very supportive. They always wanted the best for me, so they even at dirt poor a few years back they did whatever it took to provide for me so that I can raise my head with all the other kids. Up until now they are proud of what I’ve accomplished and continue to teach me. My dad always told me.”

“Work hard and get that to degree so that one day you can work in an office with air condition and be home by the afternoon to spend time with your family unlike me and your mom having to work from 12-13 hours a day and missing out on your kid’s life.”

Q: Would you consider your parents part of your motivation or is hard work a homegrown ethic in your life?

A: “My parents are a big part of my motivation. I’ve grown up seeing them work so hard just to put food on the table. There was a point where we only ate ramen for months, because that was all we could afford. I swore to myself as a kid that I will be successful and take care of them like they’ve taken care of me. I want them to have a meaningful life. That has been my main motivation from the start and I wanted it more than I want to breathe.”

Q: Tell me an overall take on who you are and what you expect in 5 years of hard work?

A: “I’m just a young adult trying to make it to the real world and make something happened. I set foot on my dreams as a teenager, 18, fresh out of high school and continued to take leaps as each year passes. Every little step is a step closer to who I want to be. I just want to better the world, to help the struggling, to help poverty, and to help those in need. I see accounting as a door to help me reach those goals. These days it’s hard to raise awareness without money and a high position in life. With a good position you can inform others, you can influence, you can change what needs to be change. In 5 years I plan on improving my skills, I plan on moving up to a better position than I’m in today, I plan on having a plan to help those in needs. Life is too short to just be selfish, live to help, live to learn, and live to give.”

Q: What’s your thoughts on Sparx Entertainment and your position?

A: “Sparx Entertainment seems like a way to connect different topics that fits in with different people. Most of the topics that are posted are easily accessible and relevant to everyone. When you have accessibility and relevance as a recipe then it can only add up to success. My position makes it that much more possible for me to fulfill the mission of having pure and interesting news. For any company to be thriving, it starts with management down, in our case down to the readers.”

Q: What are some of your hobbies?

A: “Some of my hobbies are to eat at small unknown restaurants because those are the ones that hides the best secret foods, plus it’s good to help small businesses thrive to create more jobs and build the community. Other hobbies would include dancing, bboying specifically. I lead a group call Adrenaline Kingz for about 5 years now and we usually enter events to compete, what I love about events are that 90% of them are charitable events. So any revenue that they collect goes directly to charity. It’s basically like donating to charity while having fun dancing with the Dallas area and meeting new people.”

Randy Le, from what you learned is a young man that has dreams to go way beyond the aspirations of what most people would want to go. Although he has the drive and heading on his life, he has to maintain the course of success and to never give up. He’ll have his failures like most people in the past, but as long as he takes what he learns and apply it to his life the limits of success will be endless.

“Who I am today is because, of how my parents raised me up to be. Everyone has their struggles, it just comes down to whether you stand up and do something about it or live the rest of your life in those struggles.”
