Mortal Kombat X’s Release Date

Mortal Kombat X will be released worldwide on April 14, 2015.

Long-serving character Goro – the four-armed Shokan warrior – has also been revealed as a pre-order incentive. The character will be available from select retailers depending on territory.

Mortal Kombat X is, as you can probably guess, the tenth instalment in NetherRealm’s long-running fighting series. We recently caught up with series creator Ed Boon at Gamescom to discuss how Mortal Kombat X will approach story and why it was important to introduce new characters to the series.

The game will be released on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
