When the force was reawoken, the force grew stronger than ever in the unlikeliest of places… The Scavenger, Rey of Jakku.
There are only a few months until the epic-anticipated sequel to 2015’s Star Wars Battlefront and we already know that it will chuck full of content from new Star Cards, new maps, new Heroes, and the base-free DLC packs coming in the future. However, if you’re like me and can’t wait for any news about the game will excite you and EA has officially revealed a new look at Daisy Ridley’s Rey in the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront II video game.
During the E3’s Battlefront II livestream “Assault on Theed” last month, Rey was on display with little information about her abilities in the new game featured in the trailer. Now we have an official breakdown of Rey’s abilities in the game including the Mind Trick ability featured at the E3 conference.
Here are the abilities for Rey in Star Wars Battlefront II:
Dash Strike: Rey charges forward with her lightsaber held high, dealing damage to enemies who dare stand in the way.
Mind Trick: Rey causes nearby enemies to be dazed and confused for a brief period of time.
Insight: Rey takes a moment to deeply sense her surroundings, revealing and highlighting all nearby enemies.
Star Wars Battlefront II will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and on Origin for PC November 17, 2017. However, you can already pre-order the game for new Kylo Ren and Rey costumes featured in Star Wars: The Last Jedi plus ability upgrades and more. Also, fans will also receive multiplayer beta early and will gain instant access to an upgraded Epic Lightsaber Mastery Star Card for Yoda.
