The Marvel Cinematic Universe has suffered a major lose and it looks like the God of Thunder will have to fend for himself with his brutes.
Hela has taken over Asgard and shattered the beloved Mjolnir banishing Thor to another planet.
Marvel Entertainment and Walt Disney Pictures has finally released a worthy one minute plus trailer to Taika Waititi’s “Thor: Ragnarok” with Led Zepplin’s “Immigrant Song” leading the trailer for the fight of Thor and Asgard’s existence. The trailer features various new looks to the characters starring in this film with Thor (Chris Hemsworth) sporting a gladiator short haired look along with new looks for Cate Blanchett’s Hela appearing in her fighting form, Heimdall (Idris Elba), the infamous Loki (Tom Hiddleston), Jeff Goldblum’s Grandmaster, and the Incredible Hulk (Mark Ruffalo).
Many have felt like the first two films left them concerned like Thor will never feel like a Thor movie. Gone is the campy feels from the second Thor film as Marvel embraces a space adventure that provides a matures approach full of potential. In the official synopsis Thor has truly fell from grace and it at the mercy of those he must stop.
Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok, the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization, at the hands of an all-powerful ne threat, the ruthless Hela.
Thor: Ragnarok will smash into theaters on November 3rd, 2017 starring, Chris Hemsworth, Cate Blanchett, Tessa Thompson, Idris Elba, Tom Hiddleston, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Karl Urban, and Benedict Cumberbatch.
