Star Wars VIII

There’s a disturbance in the force as the title of the next installment of the Skywalker Saga (Star Wars) has been revealed. Looks as if the title is a telltale sign of things to come for a certain Jedi namely Luke Skywalker. In the last scenes of The Force Awakens, Rey (Daisy Ridley) was seen finally finding Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) giving him the lightsaber that once brought peace to the galaxy. It’s been speculated that Rey will eventually become a Jedi as she’s was able to learn ways of the force so rapidly.
With that being said, as the force has finally have been reawoken again and the First Order preparing its potential retaliation against the Resistance, the Jedi may see a successor but with tragedy being speculated this may be “The Last Jedi” after all. We know this is all speculation as no further details have been revealed to support it. All we know is this the final film Carrie Fisher and her role as Princess Leia being in the franchise after her in December 2016. Further details include the cast starring, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Gwendoline Christie, and Andy Serkis in returning roles. New cast members include Benicio del Toro, Laura Dern, and Kelly Marie Tran in unconfirmed roles.
